The "Escaping Airman" statue typically depicts a Royal Air Force (RAF) fighter pilot, often depicted scrambling to his aircraft in the style of "Scramble 1940". It's a symbolic representation of RAF pilots during the Battle of Britain, and can also be a leaving gift for those leaving the RAF.
 
This Escaping Airman figure is a joint project between War Office Figures and Concept Miniatures. Detailed images will be added soon. The figure will be released in a minimum of two scales which are to be confirmed.
